1992-ben vásároltuk meg a malmot és területét. Az istálló lebontásra került, és az apartmanházak foglalták el helyét. A kellemes környezetet egy szép park létesítésével fokoztuk. Utoljára pedig a magtárat alakítottuk át egy mai kornak megfelelő, étteremmé. Természetesen ügyeltünk arra, hogy a régi kor hangulata és jellegzetessége megmaradjon.
