Néhány év szünet után társaságunk új tulajdonosként a csárdát teljesen újjáépítette és 2004. július 14-én Bonchidai csárda néven újra megnyitotta. A csárda teraszáról páratlanul szép kilátás nyílik a Tiszára, melyet minden Tokaj-Hegyaljára érkező vendégnek egyszer át kell élnie.
