Tehát magától adódó volt az elképzelés: legyen étterem, és ha már étterem, akkor legyen egyedülálló Szegeden és az országban egyaránt. Az idő múlásával minden nap egyre világosabbá vált, hogy nemcsak éttermet szeretnénk nyitni, hanem egy bistro-t is, és mivel nagyon kedveljük a magyar borokat, így borbárt is. Mivel az elképzelések szilárd alapokon nyugodtak már “csak” meg kellett valósítani tervünket, és 2011. december 13.-án megnyitni a Bistorantot, amely követve álmainkat egy bistro, étterem, borbár egyedülállóan különleges fúziója. +36 30 968 6686
